We select our coffees for their distinctive quality and aromatic attributes. We have three ranges:

Premiers Crus (85+): daily coffees, accessible, clean, balanced and precise.

Grands Crus (87+): pronounced profiles, with qualitative and assertive aromatic complexity.

Prodiges (90+): our competition coffees, rare, complex, selected to shine on stage and be shared with you.
