Since late July 2026, our Signature Blend has featured a single lot from Lalesa, Gedeb, selected for its exceptional quality and round, comforting profile. As with every seasonal release, the coffee will evolve with each harvest and selection while preserving the identity that defines our Signature.

This season’s coffee comes from the highlands of Gedeb, offering a cup that is juicy, silky and beautifully fruit-forward, with remarkable balance. One of the best value-for-quality coffees you’ll find.

Located in Gedeb, in the southern Ethiopian highlands, the Lalesa washing station works with numerous smallholder farmers who grow coffee under the natural shade of enset trees, in one of the country’s most renowned coffee-growing regions.

Led by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, this project is built on direct relationships with producers, quality-based remuneration and continuous investment in local communities. A long-term approach that reflects our vision of exceptional coffee, where excellence in the cup goes hand in hand with positive impact.
