Wubita Queen comes from Gedeb, one of the most renowned coffee origins in Ethiopia. It is produced by Ephtah Specialty Coffee, led by Wubit Bekele a pioneer in promoting women’s leadership and sustainable development in the Ethiopian coffee industry.

Her approach combines social engagement, ecological responsibility and a precise understanding of fermentation. This lot was fermented anaerobically for nine days, then dried slowly on raised beds, yielding a cup both vibrant and refined.

The result is a bright, fruit-forward coffee where red fruits, florals and creamy textures coexist in perfect harmony. Playful yet elegant, Wubita Queen celebrates a new generation of Ethiopian craftsmanship — expressive, inclusive and forward-looking.
