The Coffee Gardens was established in 2017 with the aim of producing exceptional specialty coffee ethically, while creating a direct and transparent link between coffee producers and consumers.

The project aims to improve farmers’ incomes and livelihoods, create rural employment and promote gender equality. It also encourages transparency and traceability throughout the supply chain, supports environmental protection in the area and provides farmers with training in Good Agricultural Practices.

During the 2025–26 harvest, The Coffee Gardens began working with Stancoff in Western Uganda. Stancoff supports quality control, cupping and lot selection, as well as coffee exports.

Fermentation & Processing:

Natural

The cherries are dried whole, allowing the beans to develop inside the fruit. This natural process brings out a sweet, rounded profile with notes of chocolate, hazelnut, raspberry and vanilla.
